“I believe God gives each person a special gift and calling on their lives. I believe God desires and expects us to exercise our calling and gifts. I, Pastor Ferman Yoder of Light in the Valley Chapel along with the leadership team and congregation have sensed the call that God has put on Philip and Elsie Stutzman’s life. We believe Philip and Elsie are being obedient to God’s call to go out and preach, teach, and evangelize wherever God calls them to go. They are helping the church to fulfill the great commission.” “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matt. 28: 18-20. “We support Philip and Elsie with our prayers and finances as we are able to and wish them God’s blessings on Souls4Him Ministries.”

“Philip Stutzman preaches the gospel with boldness, clarity, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. His sensitivity to the leading of the Spirit was evidenced in our church as he spoke to some of the very needs and situations that exist in our congregation. I highly recommend Phil as a revival speaker and evangelistic minister.”

United States and Africa. They have been a big blessing to Destiny Ministries International and the Destiny Worship Center Churches in Kenya Africa, as well as blessing other leading church ministries such as Nairobi Pentecostal Church, Christian Church International and many others. Phil and Elsie possess a clear message to the body of Christ that touches lives across the board. To the youths, they are an inspiration, to the adults, a living testimony and to the Pastors and other church leaders, a great encouragement. I therefore recommend Phil & Elsie and their ministry; Souls4 Him Ministries to any Church leader or Christian Ministry for revivals, leaders training as well as any other ministry opportunities to the body of Christ.”

Phil & Elsie:

I hope you had a good trip back home....to the snow :-(  We had a warm 62
degrees today and expected 70 tomorrow. Reality will come back home again
though with the rest of the week in the 50s. Anyway, you asked for a
written response to your meetings here, so that is what this E-mail is
about.

I really have no negative response or constructive criticism to give. We
really appreciated you sensitivity to the Spirit as you chose the subject
and prepared the sermons each evening. I appreciated your sensitivity to
Dayspring in it's position in the conservative/liberal aspect of the
church. You did well in not bringing a bias one way or the other, and
that is commendable. From what I could tell, all the people at Dayspring,
liberal or conservative, felt comfortable with both of you. Your
preaching was very Biblical however and you don't give room for a cool
spiritual life. I don't either, and having a guest speaker who supports
that was helpful. As far as your preaching itself is concerned, I think
of that a little like I do singers. Sometimes a natural voice is better
than a trained one and the singer is better off not getting formal
training. That's what I feel about your preaching. Your preaching is you,
and since you are Spirit led in your preparation and delivery, the Word
goes out in power. Just make sure the Spirit is always in control. One
does not get the sense that you lack education since you speak well, use
proper English, have good diction, etc.

Again, I thank you both for allowing the Lord to use you as you do. I
wish you God's richest blessing as you continue serving Him.

In Christ's love,

Bob

Dear Pastor Philip and Elsie:

For coming to Kenya in Njanza province at Homo Bay Town for the work of God, we highly appreciate and welcome your presence. You really blessed us so much, mostly in your teachings and preaching the word of God who lives forever and ever amen. Sincerely, the preaching you preached about forgiveness really touched my heart and I learned to forgive and pray over it. My wife and I really appreciate the joint prayers you held together with us. We will never forget that. We also know that our lives are going to change. Even our family is going to do well in Jesus name, we believe. Again we will never forget the present you and Mum gave us, like the bible that you gave to Maculate and I. It is a blessing to us, because we are going to read, study, understand and preach the Word of God. We know and request for you to bring us more if you will be back in Kenya again. We also appreciate the rings, necklaces and clothes we got from you. Thanks for so much. We love you with a love of God, and may our Heavenly Father bless you together. If you go back to America, send our greetings to your people. You are welcome again in Kenya.

Your brother and sister in Christ,

Philip and Maculate, Homo Bay, Kenya

From Bishop Titus Mbai

Kenya Africa

Destiny Ministries International wishes to appreciate before God and all those that partner with Souls4Him Ministries for Phil and Elsie’s January mission trip to Africa. Through your unwavering support in terms of payer, financial, and material support, a lot of lives of both ministers of the gospel and Christians in general were ministered to. We can only pray that the Lord continues to bless you and all you do.

The two weeks mission saw Phil and Elsie minister to Christians in the western part of Kenya (Lake Victoria region) as well as our Juja Destiny Worship Center family in Central Africa. In these two main revival weeks, people were healed and ministered to as Phil spoke the word of the Lord with boldness and unquenchable zeal. The ability to distribute bibles to church ministers who desperately need a bible to preach from stands above the rest! My prayer and that of Destiny Ministries International to you all, you support Souls4Him in whichever way to continue standing with this ministry as it seeks to fulfill God’s mandate.

Our Beliefs and Doctrine

GOD

We believe that God exists and is pleased with all who draw near by faith. We worship the one holy and loving God who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit eternally. God has created all things visible and invisible, has brought salvation and new life to humanity through Jesus Christ, and continues to sustain the church and all things until the end of the age.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Word of God become flesh. He is the Savior of the world, who has delivered us from the dominion of sin and reconciled us to God by his death on a cross. He was declared to be Son of God by his resurrection from the dead. He is the head of the church, the exalted Lord, the Lamb who was slain, coming again to reign with God in glory.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the eternal Spirit of God, who dwelled in Jesus Christ, who empowers the church, who is the source of our life in Christ, and who is poured out on those who believe as the guarantee of redemption.

THE BIBLE

We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God through the Holy Spirit for instruction in salvation and training in righteousness. We accept the Scriptures as the Word of God and as the fully reliable and trustworthy standard for Christian faith and life. Led by the Holy Spirit in the church, we interpret Scripture in harmony with Jesus Christ.

THE CREATION

We believe that God has created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them, and that God preserves and renews what has been made. All creation has its source outside itself and belongs to the Creator. The world has been created good because God is good and provides all that is needed for life. We believe that God has created human beings in the divine image. God formed them from the dust of the earth and gave them a special dignity among all the works of creation. Human beings have been made for relationship with God, to live in peach with each other, and to take care of the rest of creation.

SIN

We confess that, beginning with Adam and Eve, humanity has disobeyed God, given way to the tempter, and chosen to sin. All have fallen short of the Creator's intent, marred the image of God in which they were created, disrupted order in the world, and limited their love for others. Because of sin, humanity has been given over to the enslaving powers of evil and death.

SALVATION

We believe that through Jesus Christ, God offers salvation from sin and a new way of life. We receive God's salvation when we repent and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. In Christ, we are reconciled with God and brought into the reconciling community. We place our faith in God that, by the same power that raised Christ from the dead, we may be saved from sin to follow Christ and to know the fullness of salvation.

THE CHURCH

We believe that the church is the assembly of those who have accepted God's offer of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. It is the new community of disciples sent into the world to proclaim the reign of God and to provide a foretaste of the church's glorious hope. It is the new society established and sustained by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the mission of the church is to proclaim and to be a sign of the kingdom of God. Christ has commissioned the church to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them, and teaching them to observe all things he has commanded.

BAPTISM

We believe that the baptism of believers with water is a sign of their cleansing from sin. Baptism is also a pledge before the church of their covenant with God to walk in the way of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Believers are baptized into Christ and his body by the Spirit, water, and blood.

COMMUNION

We believe that the Lord's Supper is a sign by which the church thankfully remembers the new covenant which Jesus established by this death. In this communion meal, the church renews its covenant with God and with each other and participates in the life and death of Jesus Christ, until he comes.

MINISTRY

We believe that ministry is a continuation of the work of Christ, who gives gifts through the Holy Spirit to all believers and empowers them for service in the church and in the world. We also believe that God calls particular persons in the church to specific leadership ministries and offices. All who minister are accountable to God and to the community of faith.

UNITY

We believe that the church of Jesus Christ is one body with many members, ordered in such a way that, through the one Spirit, believers may be built together spiritually into a dwelling place for God.

DISCIPLESHIP

We believe that Jesus Christ calls us to discipleship, to take up our cross and follow him. Through the gift of God's saving grace, we are empowered to be disciples of Jesus, filled with his Spirit, following his teachings and his path through suffering to new life. As we are faithful to his way, we become conformed to Christ and separated from the evil in the world. We believe that to be a disciple of Jesus is to know life in the Spirit. As the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ takes shape in us, we grow in the image of Christ and in our relationship with God. The Holy Spirit is active in individual and in communal worship, leading us deeper into the experience of God.

FAMILIES

We believe that God intends human life to begin in families and to be blessed through families. Even more, God desires all people to become part of the church, God's family. As single and married members of the church family give and receive nurture and healing, families can grow toward the wholeness that God intends. We are called to chastity and to loving faithfulness in marriag

STEWARDSHIP

We believe that everything belongs to God, who calls the church to live in faithful stewardship of all that God has entrusted to us, and to participate now in the rest and justice which God has promised.

PEACE

We believe that peace is the will of God. God created the world in peace, and God's peace is most fully revealed in Jesus Christ, who is our peace and the peace of the whole world. Led by the Holy Spirit, we follow Christ in the way of peace, doing justice, bringing reconciliation, and practicing nonresistance, even in the face of violence and warfare.

REIGN OF GOD

We place our hope in the reign of God and its fulfillment in the day when Christ will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. He will gather his church, which is already living under the reign of God. We await God's final victory, the end of this present age of struggle, the resurrection of the dead, and a new heaven and a new earth. There the people of God will reign with Christ in justice, righteousness, and peace for ever and ever.
